The staff is always polite and has great customer service ,what I experience on Wednesday December the 14th when a customer had gotten loud with one of the staff and she was trying to explain to him the procedure, but he would not let her finish her sentence in order to explain to him. I booked an emergency appointment online last night for 9a this morning, by 8a, they had confirmed and sent me the paperwork to fill out. I showed up at 855a, they called me back at 905a... not bad! The same assistant, Sierra, who was a sweetheart, was with me from start to finish! Dr was very explanatory, the customer service by all staff I worked with is amazing, the perks around the office are to die for... The only reason I gave 4 stars is because their prices are a little higher than others. More

First off I want to say Dr. Tolliver is the BEST!! I would not go anywhere else!! Unfortunately, for the 1st time!! I had a bad experience…not with Dr. Tolliver, but with their after hours pain line. I had 4 root canals done at the same time, I was sent home on a week of antibiotics and 800 Motrin. Not having any idea I would be hurting as bad as I did when the numbness wore off. So I called mint Dentistry who gave me a phone number to call a doctor after hours so that I could get some relief (something a little stronger), I didn’t get a call back until the morning after… which meant I was in pain ALL NIGHT, No sleep! I was told by Mint Dentistry that they were NOT connected to the pain line after hours that they provided, and they had nothing to do with them and why no one called me back, but yet Mint Denistry knew I called, Because you call me the next morning for my pharmacy information to call in something stronger??? Make it make sense. I hope Mint Dentistry fixes this issue real soon. Other than that I would definitely have given them 5 stars Update: I was told a manager will call to go over what happened never got that call, just a message online to avoid personal phone call… just needed an explanation of what happened. I thank I deserve it for all the work I’ve had done on my teeth, you guys are great until it comes to contacting someone who had a serious issue, it gets brushed under the rug….the least you can do is call, very unprofessional, unethical and in humane. came to mint today for a cleaning and check up, the office is super beautiful and clean and Nancy and Jennifer at the front are truly the sweetest!! I got taken back by Crizol who was just so sweet and so gentle and caring she made me feel super comfortable as I’m scared of the dentist, and she is just amazing. Julie did my cleaning and I loved that she number me my teeth look so good she’s truly the best!! Bella came in as well and she was super amazing! The most comfortable dentist visit I've ever had! I am 19 weeks pregnant and was so nervous to get a filling and have local anesthesia. I didn't feel a thing and the dr kept making sure I was doing ok. The entire staff worked so well together to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend MINT dentistry Desoto to everyone! Baby slept through it all. :) P.S. My mom loved the couches and nearly fell asleep waiting for me because they were so comfortable. :D More
